Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the product. Retain the original invoice and tags for the return process. Return Conditions: Upon approval, the product must be returned to us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the return approval. The item should be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in its original packaging. A copy of the original invoice (if provided) must be included with the returned product. Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects or quality issues. We do not accept returns or exchanges for: Size issues (please refer to the size chart provided or contact us if unsure). Color variations (actual colors may differ slightly due to lighting or screen settings). Minor differences in product finishes(may vary based on each batch) Change of mind or delayed delivery. Exchange Process: Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will ship the replacement item to your address. You can track the exchange shipment through your order details page. Refund Policy Return Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned product passes our quality checks. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the mode of refund will depend on the payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount. Exchange and Replacement: No refunds will be issued for exchanges or replacements. Instead, a new product will be shipped to you after we receive the original product. A minimum shipping charge will apply for exchanges. Skip the fabric softener, as it can reduce the natural softness of cotton and muslin fabrics. For best results, air dry baby clothes by laying them flat or hanging them to dry. If using a dryer, use the low heat setting to prevent shrinking If necessary, iron on a low setting, but avoid direct contact with the fabric to maintain the clothes’ texture and fit.
