Shipping & Delivery

Almost every region of India is serviced by Cuddle Train with its merchandise. Orders will be packed and dispatched in less than 48-72 hours from the date of order placing. Except on Sundays and federal holidays, we ship every alternate days(based on inventory status). The delivery window for all regions served by reputable couriers inside Tamil Nadu is 3 to 4 business days after shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). The products that will be shipped to other locations may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the location. Cuddle Train is not responsible for any inevitable or unforeseen logistics issues that result in unanticipated delays in the delivery of your order, and it asks its users to cooperate as Cuddle train continuously works to nix such occurrences. Additionally, Cuddle Train retains the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel your order and reimburse the money paid for the canceled product(s) to your source account in situations when delivery takes longer than usual(3-4weeks) or the package is physically untraceable. Return Conditions: Upon approval, the product must be returned to us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the return approval. The item should be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in its original packaging. A copy of the original invoice (if provided) must be included with the returned product. Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects or quality issues. We do not accept returns or exchanges for: Size issues (please refer to the size chart provided or contact us if unsure). Color variations (actual colors may differ slightly due to lighting or screen settings). Minor differences in product finishes(may vary based on each batch) Change of mind or delayed delivery. Exchange Process: Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will ship the replacement item to your address. You can track the exchange shipment through your order details page. Skip the fabric softener, as it can reduce the natural softness of cotton and muslin fabrics. For best results, air dry baby clothes by laying them flat or hanging them to dry. If using a dryer, use the low heat setting to prevent shrinking If necessary, iron on a low setting, but avoid direct contact with the fabric to maintain the clothes’ texture and fit.
