Return/Exchange

At cuddle train, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our lovable customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.

Please find below the details of the policy, as applicable, for the products sold on cuddle train

In case you find any problems in the products you can

  • Initiate return request within 24 hours of receiving your product whatsapp us  at +91 9360927046 /  mail us to support@cuddletrain.in
  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and a photo.
  • Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags 

once the request is processed kindly return the product to us ( same as address mentioned in From) within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the approval for returns (return/exchange/refunds are not applicable after the above said time frame period). Please note that the product should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging with a copy of original invoice(if provided).

We accept return or exchange only for items with manufacturing defect or quality issues. 

Returns will not be allowed for concerns strictly involving dimension(size issues – kindly check size charts provided under each product if not there check with us once when in doubt) or color of the product (Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s color and design, actual colors and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors such as nature of the material, change of mind or delayed delivery.  

Once the original product(s) has been received at our facility and the quality check has been carried out, the replacement/exchange product will be shipped to your address. You may track the delivery of the replacement/exchange order on the same order details page.

Refund

In the case of returns, the refund process will be initiated once we have received the product back in our facility and have completed all the quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used by the customer at the time of placing the order. Please allow us up to 7 business days after we receive the product to initiate your refund (the mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used by the customer at the time of placing the order.) shipping charges will be deducted from the order value if it is spent from our end !!!

In the case of replacements/exchange, no refund will be issued; instead, the new product(s) will be shipped to the customer only after the original product(s) has/have been returned and minimum shipping charges will be collected in case of exchanges !!!

Sale items

All products purchased during sales are considered as final sale and not eligible for returns.

Cancellation 

The order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled. You may modify/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, please get in touch with us in WhatsApp 9360927046 or email us support@cuddletrain.in with your order details as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped on the same day

Note: replacement/exchange of an item is guaranteed based on stock availability
