At Cuddle Train, we are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please read our detailed policy for returns, exchanges, refunds, sales, and cancellations below.

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

    • You can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your product by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 9360927046 or by emailing support@cuddletrain.in.
    • Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the product.
    • Retain the original invoice and tags for the return process.
  2. Return Conditions:

    • Upon approval, the product must be returned to us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the return approval.
    • The item should be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in its original packaging.
    • A copy of the original invoice (if provided) must be included with the returned product.
  3. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

    • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects or quality issues.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
      • Size issues (please refer to the size chart provided or contact us if unsure).
      • Color variations (actual colors may differ slightly due to lighting or screen settings).
      • Minor differences in product finishes(may vary based on each batch) 
      • Change of mind or delayed delivery.
  4. Exchange Process:

    • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will ship the replacement item to your address.
    • You can track the exchange shipment through your order details page.

Refund Policy

  1. Return Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed once the returned product passes our quality checks.
    • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the mode of refund will depend on the payment method used at checkout.
    • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  2. Exchange and Replacement:

    • No refunds will be issued for exchanges or replacements.
    • Instead, a new product will be shipped to you after we receive the original product.
    • A minimum shipping charge will apply for exchanges.

Sale Items

  • All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9360927046 or email support@cuddletrain.in with your order details as soon as possible. Please note that orders may be shipped on the same day.
  • If you cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.

Note: Replacement or exchange is guaranteed only based on product availability.
