Order Processing Orders are packed and dispatched within 48–72 hours of placement. We ship on alternate days based on inventory status, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Timelines
- Tamil Nadu (via reputed courier partners): 3–4 business days from dispatch
- Rest of India: 1–2 weeks from dispatch, depending on your location

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Cuddle Train is not liable for delays caused by logistics disruptions beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continuously work to improve our delivery experience.
In the rare event that your order remains undelivered beyond 3–4 weeks, or the shipment becomes physically untraceable, Cuddle Train reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a full refund to your original payment source.
