Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once your order is confirmed, you have a 1-hour cancellation window during which you can cancel it directly from your account dashboard.
If cancelled within this period:
* The order will be cancelled.
* A refund will be issued after deducting non-refundable charges:
* 2% payment gateway fee (plus 18% GST)
* 2% Shopify transaction fee
* Refunds are processed within 1–3 working days after receiving the cancellation request. Since refunds are routed through your payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay), it may take up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Once the 1-hour window has passed, cancellations are no longer possible.
Why is 5% Deducted on Cancellation?
The 5% deduction represents the combined charges from Shopify and the payment gateway for processing each transaction. These charges are non-refundable to us, even if the order is cancelled. Hence, we are unable to refund this portion of the payment. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation After Shipment
Cancellations are not possible once the order has been shipped. At this stage, orders are considered in-transit and cannot be stopped or redirected.
Refund Process
* Refunds will be processed within 1–3 working days after receiving your cancellation request.
* The amount will be credited back to the same account or payment method you used.
* Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect.
* Alternatively, we also offer the option of receiving your refund as Cuddletrain Coupons, which can be used for future purchases.
Orders with Discount Vouchers
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only. If you cancel an order that was placed using a discount voucher, the voucher will be considered used and cannot be reissued.
